Orders in respect of goods and services advertised or offered on the site
shall not form binding contractual relationships until expressly accepted
by Racing Teapots
Ltd and are all subject to availability.
Use of this website is on the understanding that all brand names, product names, titles and copyrights displayed are the trade marks or trade names or copyrights of their respective holders and permission has been given to Racing Teapots Ltd in respect of the use of any such brand names, product names or titles or copyrights.
Racing Teapots uses Paypal to both protect users of the site's credit card service and to assist their worries concerning shopping online. However, any losses incurred or sustained by users who transmit information by means of email or other internet links shall, save where culpable negligence is proved, be borne solely and exclusively by that customer and in no event shall any such losses in whole or in part be borne by Racing Teapots Ltd. The necessity for users to sign out on completion of their shopping when using public computers cannot be stressed more as Racing Teapots Ltd cannot accept any liability flowing from such failure.

Racing Teapots
Ltd must either itself or for and on behalf of advertisers
receive payment of the whole of the price for any goods or services
that you
order before your order shall be deemed ready for acceptance. Acceptance
of your
order shall be signified by the sending of an email to you at your
email address you provide on the order form. Racing Teapots
Ltd's acceptance
of your
order has the effect of bringing into existence a legally binding
contract.
2. Definitions
In these Terms and Conditions: Racing Teapots
Ltd is a trade name of Snow Bow productions 2000 limited and when used in
these conditions it includes any connected organisation
that actually supplies goods ordered by you or any successor
to that business; "working
day" means every day of a calendar a apart from weekends
and statutory and public days; "us" means Racing Teapots
Ltd and you together; "you" and "your" means
the person ordering goods under these Terms and Conditions.
3. Price
The prices payable for goods or services that you order are as
set out on our website. Delivery charges are extra to the price
quoted.
Delivery
to
some locations may not be possible.
4. Returns
You can return your purchase to Racing Teapots Ltd post. Before
returning your purchase by post please e-mail info@racingteapots.com for
confirmation. Please quote your order reference number on all correspondence.
You must return your purchase within 30 days and enclose your proof of purchase, order/invoice details and reason for return. If you are returning a faulty or incorrect product you will not be responsible for paying the postage.
We will notify you of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. Please take into account overseas postage times. Once received, we will process your return within 7 working days.
Your statutory rights will not be affected
5. Availability
If Racing Teapots Ltd has insufficient stock to deliver the
goods ordered by you, Racing Teapots Ltd will notify you
either by
telephone, letter
or email to notify you. If you wish Racing Teapots Ltd
will offer and alternative product of refund
6. Delivery
Unless specifically agreed Racing Teapots
Ltd will only deliver
goods ordered by you to the billing address specified
on your order.
Ownership of the goods you have ordered will pass to
you on their being delivered to you or to the person
you nominate
and we have
agreed to
deliver to. Once
goods have been delivered to you, you hold them at your
own risk and Racing Teapots Ltd will not be liable for
their
loss
or destruction.
7. Delivery Times
As all of our teapots are hand made, delivery times may
vary. If we believe dispatch will take in excess of
7 working days
we will
inform
you by
either telephone, email or letter..
UK Delivery
Orders will be sent via Royal Mail. Please allow up
to 7 working days for delivery of your order.
Overseas Delivery
Orders will be sent via Airmail. Please allow up
to 14 working days for delivery of your order.
8.
Liability
Racing Teapots Ltd shall have no liability to you
if the goods it delivers are not what you ordered,
or
are damaged
or defective,
or
the delivery
is of an incorrect quantity unless you notify
us of the problem in writing within
10 working days of their delivery.
If you do not receive goods ordered by you within
30 days of the order date Racing Teapots Ltd
shall have
no liability
to
you unless
you notify
us within
40 days of the date on which you ordered the
goods.

9. Force Majeure
Racing Teapots shall have no liability to you
for any failure to deliver goods you have ordered
or
any delay
in doing
so, or for
any damage
or defect to the goods delivered that is caused
by any event or circumstance beyond
its reasonable control.
10. Colour Accuracy
We have made every effort to display as accurately
as possible the colours of the products that
appear on the
website.
However, as the
actual colours
you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot
guarantee that your monitor's display of
any colour will be
accurate.
11. Governing Law
The contract between you and Racing Teapots
Ltd under which you have made your purchases
it is
agreed shall
be governed
by and
interpreted
in accordance
with English law, and the English courts
shall have jurisdiction to resolve any
disputes between
us.
12. Entire Agreement
These Terms and Conditions, together with
the current Racing Teapots Ltd prices,
delivery details and
Racing Teapots
Ltd contact details,
set out
the whole of the agreement relating to
the supply of the goods to you by Racing
Teapots
Ltd
These Terms and Conditions cannot be varied
except
in writing signed by a director of Racing
Teapots Ltd

nothing said
by any sales

or authorised representation on behalf
of Racing Teapots Ltd should be understood

a variation
of these Terms

or quality
